CWO Words Of Wisdom

As you know, the Chief Warrant Officer has proven that he or she is the technical expert within their field.  They have also proven with out a doubt that their vast experience, leadership and wisdom makes them one of the most respected ranks,  sought ought for advice from juniors personnel and opinions from senior officers.

All CWO's live by the Coast Guard code of "Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty".  However, alot also have codes of their own that were formulated from their own experiences or handed down from wise old warrants when they were just coming up.  Below we pass down some of that wisdom so that we can teach tomorrows leaders and remind those who lead today.
